Point Taken by Susan Ache. A great block to practice "pressing for success". The spot where the seams meet will be bulky with all the layers of fabric. To avoid this problem, press half of the seams toward the triangles and half away from the triangles. This allows the seams to "nest" or go opposite directions from one another. When the block is assembled, press the seams with triangles open. For more information about how to participate in the Splendid Sampler II Sew Along, click >>here.
